Kelle combs neighbourhood boundary data that has been pumped into the Keller Cloud from social networking giant, Nextdoor, with real-time data from the MLS system to deliver hyperlocal market snapshots in seconds.

Add, edit, and communicate with your contacts via Kelle. Kelle will make a note of any communication on their profile card inside Command, so you don't have to. Want to add notes to the logged interaction? Simply tell Kelle. She'll take care of it for you.

You can also map your contacts inside Kelle, to communicate based on a particular area.

As consumers use the app, the system will build a model based on search criteria to search the MLS for homes that fit that criteria and provide consumers with a % match, based on the criteria they have set. Using "home DNA", the app will formulate search criteria to suggest additional properties, based on attributes and features the consumer has prioritized.

Consumers can gain complete information about a particular lisitng and can collaborate with their agent, see their agent's insights, or schedule a tour with their agent.

This feature allows clients to create "collections" of homes, based on certain criteria and collaborate with frients, family, or agents around these collections.

For the first time, consumers can explore information the way they want to see neighbourhood (rather than zip code). Infused by local insights, consumers will be able to learn everything about a particular neighbourhood.

This feed features everything related to real estate; neighbourhoods (consumers can find out when new homes have been added to the market), their home (value change, time to change air filters, taxes due, interest rates), and other valuable updates from their agent.

Once the consumer becomes a client, the app contextually changes for them (according to their and their agent's interactions), providing the client with on-demand information.

Consumers can use Tour Mode on their own or with their agent as they are driving, running, or walking. The app will curate a list of properties within a chose radius, during that specific route. Routes can be labelled and ranked.

The app will tell you how uniaque of a search criteria you are putting into the system and will give you insight into how many people are looking for a similar home. In addition, consumers can choose to prioritize which home feature they see first while searching for homes (ie: kitchen, backyard, bedroom, etc.).
