We promote safety awareness and best safety practices so that everyone understands the potential threats and can avoid harmful situations and actions.

Open Door Partner

Keller Williams Realty Centres has registered as an Open Door Partner to provide a safe place for real estate agents from any brokerage to meet and vet first time clients. We will help verify a client’s information and keep a record so there’s accountability if anything goes wrong. Keeping real estate agents safe is a priority for us and we feel that this initiative is the right thing to do.

REALTOR® Safety Course

Keller Willliams Realty Centres offers a REALTOR® Safety Course, taught by a certified safety instructor, which has been developed in partnership with NAR's REALTOR® Safety program. It is a 2 hour primer on how real estate professionals can limit risk to preserve safety - their safety and their clients' safety - and for positive business outcomes.
